180.no 2.1.17

NEWS! Identify callers (businesses) and stop telemarketing, etc.

With over 2,000,000 downloads of the app, you can now download the brand-new version of 180. Norway's most popular information app is optimized for iPhone X, 8, 8 Plus, 7, and all previous versions. The new edition comes with many upgrades, here are a few highlights:

• Tired of telemarketing?
• A vast registry with a list of numbers associated with telemarketing is now included in the app. When contacted by a number verified for sales/marketing research purposes, a separate window will appear to notify you of this. Numerous new numbers reported by our users are added daily.
• Unknown number? See who's calling!
• Identify the business calling before answering.
• Automatic number paste function:
• Unknown number calling? Highlight the number, copy it from your iPhone call log, and open the 180 app. The number will automatically be suggested in the search field. Are we the best for number lookup? Yes, we believe so.
• Local knowledge in your pocket :-)
• Are you in an unfamiliar place and have a headache? Open the app, select "Pharmacy," and sort by "Nearby" to find pharmacies close by – they have what you need. Directions are connected to all businesses for easier navigation. For ease of choice, the company logo is also displayed in search results.
• Add quickly to your contact list or share your search:
• Once you've found a business or person, an icon always appears at the top right of the screen (a square with an up arrow). This allows you to add the information you've searched for to your contact list. You can also send via text message, share on Facebook, Twitter, Email, or copy to another preferred app.
• Find your way quickly:
• Complete directions including public transport, driving route, or walking are attached to all entries.

What do the media say?

• Nettavisen loves the app: "10 iPhone apps we love... Here are ten gems for iPhone that you should have. When you unwrap an iPhone from its box, it's a simple little device with relatively few features. But once you install the right apps, it becomes a rare Swiss pocket knife."
• iPod1.no: "It's great to finally have an application with information services as the application is significantly faster than 1881 or Yellow Pages' web service."
• IDG Macworld: "As mentioned, the program is free, so there's no reason not to download it..."
• ITpro.no: Number lookup service 180.no was the first on the Norwegian market with an application for searching goods and services and skyrocketed as the most downloaded application for iPhone in Norway.
